Introduction
Reservations in the Zemtu platform are made in 30 minute slots on the full and on the half hour. In many cases, these slots are also used for invoicing, as the vehicle is also blocked during this time and cannot be used by other users.
However, if you prefer to charge only for the actual time used, you can set this up with the Per-minute invoicing option.
If the per-minute invoicing option is activated, your customer will be billed for exactly 10 minutes if he/she uses it only for 10 minutes.
With regular tariffs, the time is always rounded up to the next 30 minutes. For a 10-minute reservation, a total of 30 minutes would then be charged.

Explanation
What defines the START of a reservation/invoicing?
As soon as the chip card is held next to the chip card reader at the windshield or if the user presses Start Reservation in the app.
What defines the END of a reservation/invoicing?
As soon as the chip card is held next to the chip card reader at the windshield or if the user presses End Reservation in the app.
💡 Hint: If the real start is more than 30 minutes after the booked start, the booked start plus 30 minutes is used for clearing. This is to prevent users from blocking vehicles without paying for their use.
