Coupons
With a coupon, users can try your car sharing service for free. You can also use them for promotional purposes or as a reward for people taking care of your vehicle.

A coupon is always a fixed monetary amount that can be time-limited. It is not possible to issue a percentage-based coupon.
There are three different ways a coupon can be created:

Zemtu billing → Coupons → + Add Coupon
In this section, an individual coupon can be created for a specific user. The coupon will be automatically assigned to the user, and the respective amount will be deducted from their next booking.
Example: A user cleaned the vehicle during the last reservation and should receive compensation in the form of a voucher.
Coupon campaigns
Zemtu billing → Coupon campaigns → +Add Coupon campaign
Here, you can create a coupon code for a marketing campaign. Create a code like "ENJOYYOURRIDE" or "12345678" that can be redeemed multiple times. To redeem the code, the user needs to open the app and go to profile → coupon & actions → enter coupon code. Once entered, the corresponding amount will be credited to their account and deducted from their next ride.
Example: Coupon code 1234 is printed on flyers, in newsletters, or other channels to incentivize prospective customers to test our service.
Coupon subscriptions
Zemtu billing → Coupon subscriptions → + Add Coupon subcription
With this action, monthly coupon subscriptions can be created. Every month, coupons are automatically generated for a user, which are valid only for that particular month.
Example: Hosts, fleet managers, vehicle sponsors, admins, etc., receive a coupon once a month as a reward for their engagement.
