These nine ✋ releases once again bring several improvements under the hood. Highlight definitely is the signup bot protection, which we have polished in multiple releases. It’s now ready to be used by organization admins.

Signup rules
As bot protection, we have added ALTCHA in August. Some of the bots still get through the ALTCHA protection and for this we have implemented signup rules. This is about an additional email address check and setting up the rules your organization requires.
In a several months effort, we implemented a 🆕 payment toolbox with additional capabilities to serve the needs of our customers. This toolbox now cover cases like expired authorization and more.

In the map view, the bottom sheet displays vehicle details at the bottom of the screen. We will use it to show additional information about the vehicle in the future.

Use vehicles — even without an Internet connection
You can now unlock and lock a vehicle even when neither your smartphone nor the Convadis CBox has an Internet connection. This is made possible via a Bluetooth connection between the two devices, which takes over from the Internet connection in this case. This is particularly useful in underground car parks or other areas without mobile network coverage.
This feature requires Convadis hardware and is undoubtedly the best on the market. The development was a joint effort with Convadis, with the aim of improving the Convadis CLib library.
AI-powered damage detection
Damage to your vehicle is now detected automatically and in real time, so even the smallest scratches or dents won't go unnoticed. This is made possible by connecting to the optional Carvaloo service.
Carvaloo is a standalone service that requires registration, which is handled through Zemtu. Once set up, the service is seamlessly integrated into your Zemtu app.
This feature is available to fleets of 50 vehicles or more.

Charging status in the trip report
Once you have finished your reservation with an electric vehicle, you will immediately see if the vehicle is charging. For certain models, it takes a little longer to reliably detect the charging status. In this case, we briefly check the latest vehicle data and then display the success message.

Improvements 🎉
New order in the navigation
Previously, the order of the navigation did not match the actual workflow. We have therefore restructured the navigation to guide users intuitively through the entire process, step by step, from finding a vehicle to making reservations, driving, to the reports and profile.

We have introduced a development panel that can be accessed by tapping (or clicking) on the version number in the settings seven times. This provides more detailed information about Convadis Bluetooth.

Add a hint when the I LOCK IT was blocked
Sometimes, the I LOCK IT bicycle lock can get caught on a spoke. In this case, the user should move the bike until the spoke is clear and try again.
