CloudBoxx doesn't execute commands anymore

Symptoms

The CloudBoxx no longer executes commands. Specifically:

These actions still work:

• Unlock immobilizer

• Lock immobilizer

These actions don't work:

• Unlock central lock

• Lock central lock

Possible causes

• When the vehicle was opened with the physical car key, the central locking system overrules the CloudBoxx.

• Lockouts can also occur if the user locks the door via the interior lock switch.

• The Passive Door Locking feature may also be a consideration here. Make sure this feature is switched off. Learn more about Passive Door Locking.

When the CloudBoxx is directly connected to the locking mechanism, all of these options take precedence over the CloudBoxx.

How to solve the problem

1. Use the spare key or the key from the key holder to unlock the vehicle.

2. Unlock the vehicle with the Zemtu app.

3. Lock the vehicle with the Zemtu app.

If the problem persists, you can also:

• Reboot the CloudBoxx in INVERS FleetControl.

• Disconnect the CloudBoxx and reconnect it. It is usually mounted on the driver's side, under the steering wheel.
