In Zemtu, vehicles are managed in groups, meaning each vehicle is assigned to a group. Each group has a different admission mode. Either a group can be open to accredited users, or access to the vehicles of a group is granted through a membership.

When Admissin mode is set to Accreditation request only, all accredited users can use these vehicles.

If the admission mode is set to Membership request only only users with a membership can access the vehicles of this group.

For public groups, the admission mode accreditation can therefore be used.

Example: Internal test group

How do you create an internal test group that only certain users are allowed to access?

1. Create a test group and set the admission mode to Membership request only.

2. Assign the vehicle to this group.

3. Create a membership for each user.
