Introduction — Welcome to Zemtu

The Zemtu software solution is very comprehensive and has many features that can be used. Especially at the beginning, it is therefore necessary to get a good overview of the entire solution and understand how the relationships work. So if you are new and not yet familiar with the administration interface, we recommend that you review the following items:

• Organization (https://XXX.zemtu.com/admin/main/org/)

  Here you will find various settings for your organization. For example, the texts displayed during registration, distance units, language, timezone, etc. You can also add more administrators here.

• Site configurations (https://xxx.zemtu.com/admin/main/siteconfiguration/)

  Here you can customize the logo, favicon, app icon, etc. The support email and hotline are also entered here.

• Tariff matrix (https://xxx.zemtu.com/admin/billing/tariffmapping/tariff_matrix/)

  Here you can get an overview of the tariff matrix. This is particularly important if you want to offer users different tariffs.

After you have gotten an initial overview here, we recommend that you log out next and go through the signup process yourself. Just create a user as your future customers would. Then you will go through the same steps and see how the process works. If the texts are not quite perfect yet, you can log back in and make adjustments in the organization or site configuration.
