I LOCK IT device error messages
When you lock or unlock a vehicle, the app talks to the smart lock. If something interrupts this, you'll see one of the messages below.

Solution approaches
Make sure that you are using the most recent version of the app.
Make sure that no other device is paired with the I LOCK IT device.
Unpair all other devices (earphones, watches, ...)
Turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again.
Make sure that the I LOCK IT is fully charged.
Error messages
"The device was blocked when unlocking." Something blocked the lock from opening. Move the wheel slightly and try again.
"The device was blocked when locking." Something blocked the lock from closing. Move the wheel slightly and try again.
"The device was moved. Please don't move." The vehicle moved during the action. Keep it still and try again.
"You cannot access the device at the moment." Temporary connection issue. Check your phone's Bluetooth connection, wait a few seconds, and try again.
"The device is not connected." No connection to the lock. Enable Bluetooth, move closer, and try again. Reopening the app can help.
"An unknown state of the device occurred." Rare. Wait a few seconds and try again; if it persists, contact support.
