Zemtu can publish personalized native apps to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for each client on demand. The PWA (Progressive Web App) is an alternative to this.

Add a web app or website to your device's home screen
On the home screen you can find the apps that are installed on the smartphone. This view is displayed after unlocking or restarting.
Advantages:
- The web address no longer has to be entered in the browser (Chrome, Safari, ...).
- The loading time of a Progressive Web app is significantly lower than normal web pages.
- No download necessary.
Progressive web apps (PWA) are websites that have characteristics of classic apps. Progressive web apps can be used like an ordinary app on a smartphone. (z.B. www.zemtu.com)
Android
Hint: Use Chrome browser
- Open the website or your Zemtu app (e.g. mcaruso.zemtu.com, mxxx.zemtu.com) in the Chrome browser
- Add web page to Home screen.
- Install app
- The app icon is now on your smartphone. You can easily open the app with a tap on the icon.
iPhone
Hint: This action can be only be performed by using the Safari Browser.
- Open the website or your Zemtu app (e.g. mcaruso.zemtu.com, mxxx.zemtu.com) in the Safari browser.
- Then tap the Share icon at the bottom to open the browser menu.
- Select Add to Home Screen.
- You can now enter a custom name that will later be displayed along with the app icon on your smartphone. Or simply accept the preselection.
- Tap Add in the upper right corner.
- The app icon is now on your smartphone and you can easily open the app by a tap on the icon.
