There are various reasons why it should be possible for certain users to drive for free. There are just as many ways in which a free reservation can be set up in the Zemtu system.
🚗 A user should be able to use a single vehicle for free
In order for a user to be able to use a vehicle for free, a tariff must be created with all charges set to zero. A tariff exception must then be created. The tariff exception can be used to specify that a selected tariff (in this case the free tariff) is applied to the user and vehicle.
- Create a tariff, free of charge.
- Set up a tariff exception for the designated user.
🚗 🛴 🚲 A user should be able to use all vehicles free of charge. The costs are paid by another user or company
A payment adoption is suitable for this purpose. A payment adoption means that the costs caused by one user can be taken over by another user. Optionally, you can specify for which purposes (private, business trip) the adoption should apply.
Example
An employee should not pay for business trips for any of the vehicles in the fleet. Instead, the company covers these expenses through a payment adoption.
